I’m Bill Hillman. I build websites and apps from my desk in Stuart, Florida — and I’ve shipped eight of them to the App Store and Google Play, including a streaming platform, a social app, and a SaaS that bills real customers every month.
I work solo and async on purpose: you get the person who actually builds your product, written updates you can read on your schedule, and a fixed price agreed before we start. No agency overhead baked into your quote, and no hand-offs to someone you’ve never met.

How do we communicate?
In writing — email and a simple project thread. It’s faster, it’s documented, and nobody has to schedule a call to ask a two-minute question. If you’d like a call, we can do one. You’ll never be forced into one.
How long does a project take?
Websites: 2–4 weeks. App MVPs: 6–12 weeks. Rescues and back-end work: scoped in your quote. Your fixed quote includes a timeline.
Do I own the code?
Yes — 100%. Code, design files, and accounts are handed over at launch. It’s your product.
What do you build with?
Flutter for apps — one codebase that ships to iPhone and Android, which is why my app prices beat agencies building everything twice. Modern web tech and Firebase for sites and back ends.
Can you fix or finish an app someone else started?
That’s the App Rescue package. Send me what you’ve got; the quote includes an honest assessment before you pay for anything.
What does “from” pricing mean?
It’s the floor for a typical project in that category. Your fixed quote is exact — if your project is bigger, the quote says so up front, and it doesn’t change mid-build.
